ASCA (ANOVA-Simultaneous Component Analysis) is a multivariate extension of univariate ANOVA approach. This implementation supports ASCA model for two factors with one interaction effect. It is based on the ASCA-genes, Smilde K. et al. (2005). ASCA needs as inputs parameters the number of components for each part of the model. For more information, see Wikipedia
